Fees & Financing:

For visits and treatments that are not covered by insurance, your payment is due at the time we provide our services.

For visits and treatments that are covered by insurance, your co-pay is due at the time we provide our services. We will bill your insurance company directly for any additional fees. Please bring your current insurance card to your appointment. If you have a question about the insurance plans in which we participate, please call us at 770-425-7575.

  • A cosmetic consultation with Dr. Yellin carries a fee of $100.
  • A skincare consultation with Skyla Cox, our Medical Aesthetician, carries a fee of $50.
  • A hair restoration consultation with Dr. Anderson is free of charge.

We require a 20% deposit for any cosmetic surgery procedure, due at the time you schedule the appointment. We will gladly refund this deposit within seven days after scheduling the appointment. The remaining fees will be due at the time of your pre-operation appointment, typically two weeks prior to the surgical procedure.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that schedules change, sometimes at the last minute. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please let us know. We respect our patients’ time and we really do work hard to stay on schedule throughout every day.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 770-425-7575. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. If you give us notice at least two business days before your scheduled appointment, you will not incur any cancellation fee. If you cancel within two business days of your scheduled appointment, you will regrettably incur a $100 cancellation fee.
