  • Dr. Seth A. Yellin
    MD, FACS, Founder and Director

    Dr. Seth A. Yellin is founder and director of Marietta Facial Plastic Surgery, Laser & Aesthetics Center. As one of Atlanta’s most well-respected facial plastic surgeons, he has treated thousands of patients during more than 20 years in practice with the goal of making each and every patient happy.

  • Kelly Houmand
    PA-C

    Kelly Houmand graduated from Emory University with a degree in philosophy and religion. She then went on to obtain her Masters Degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Upon graduating, she was thoroughly trained and practiced medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology in both California and Nevada. She has since developed an interest and passion for aesthetic dermatology. Kelly prides herself in being a lifelong learner and has published in the Journal of Dermatology for Physician Assistants.

    Kelly is a member of the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is certified by the NCCPA.

  • Elaina Lester
    Director of Aesthetic Operations

    Elaina brings more than 25 years of cosmetic and business experience to our practice. She has worked with multiple skincare brands in the capacity of sales, management, artistry, training and business consulting. As the former Director of Sales for the USA, Caribbean and Mexico for a large international spa brand, she was responsible for all areas of company growth. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our patients and staff.

  • Emily Negron
    Patient Care Liaison & Aesthetic Coordinator

    Emily has 15 years experience in aesthetics, sales and management. She graduated from International School of Skin Care in 2003 and is a licensed esthetician in the state of Georgia, as well as, an Assistant Laser Practitioner. Throughout her career she has pursued education locally and internationally to research and perfect her ability and even becoming an educator for a top skincare brand. She spent 5 years working in busy dermatology practice and brings her vast knowledge to our practice. Her favorite part of her job is working one-on-one with clients, getting to know them and sharing their excitement as they see their skin improve through use of skincare and procedures.

  • Meg Joyner
    Lead Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician

    Meg began working in the skincare industry in 2008 after graduating from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics at the top of her class. She is a Licensed Laser Technician, as well as specializing in chemical peels, customized facials, Ultherapy and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light Therapy).

  • Tracy Deltac
    Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician

    Tracy graduated from the International School of Skin, Nail Care and Massage Therapy at the top of her class and is a Licensed Laser Technician. Prior to working in aesthetics, she worked as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Harper of Marietta Dermatology & The Skin Cancer Center. She specializes in chemical peels, IPL, Ultherapy, Microneedling and customized facials. After completing advanced training at the CoolSculpting University in Reston, Virginia, she became the practice lead (CLT) for CoolSculpting. Tracy enjoys helping her patients achieve beautiful skin through skin care products and treatments.

  • Aleasha Maxwell
    Surgical Assistant, CMA, HT

    Aleasha has worked in dermatology since 2007 as a Certified Medical Assistant and Histotech. Before joining Marietta Facial Plastic Surgery, Laser & Aesthetics Center, she worked with one of Atlanta's most prominent cosmetic dermatologists as well as 5 years in general dermatology at Marietta Dermatology Associates. Her diverse skills in both general and cosmetic dermatology prepared her to transition as Surgical Assistant for Dr. Yellin. Aleasha served 2 years as our in-house coordinator/ educator for our medical assistants. During her off time she enjoys serving the homeless and attending various activities within her community.

  • Desiree Hatten
    Surgical Assistant, CST

    Desiree graduated from Chattahochee Technical College in 2001 with a degree in Surgical Technology and has maintained her certification through continuing education. She worked at Kennestone hospital as a general CST followed by a focus on her passion for plastic surgery. She was promoted to a first assistant role in plastic surgery and she was also a coordinator and trainer for oral maxillofacial surgery and ENT. In a career that spans over 13 years, she has had the honor to work with some of Atlanta's elite cosmetic plastic surgeons. She held credentials with Scottish Rite, Egleston Children's Hospital, St Joseph's Hospital and Northside Hospital. Desiree works alongside Dr. Yellin for his surgical procedures at Marietta Surgical Center and in-office visits. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel comfortable and confident during their experience.

  • Laurielyn Ethridge
    Patient Care Liaison

    Laurielyn brings 20+ years of customer experience from the dental industry. Her strong communication and organizational skills have allowed her to grow and flourish in the role of patient communications. She is very passionate and is involved in various community projects and has served on the Big Shanty committee with the Kennesaw Business Association, as well as, serving at North Star Church.
