Shermeen is a Medical Aesthetician and Licensed Laser Practitioner with over ten years of experience working in the fields of dermatology and plastic surgery. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work alongside leading physicians in dermatology and plastic surgery, gaining extensive knowledge in advanced skincare, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic procedures.
She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. Shermeen believes that meaningful relationships are built through trust, communication, and truly understanding each patient’s individual goals. She takes the time to listen, educate, and create a comfortable experience where patients feel confident in their care.
With an individualized approach to every patient, Shermeen combines her experience, knowledge of advanced technologies, and passion for aesthetics to create personalized treatment plans focused on healthy, radiant, and natural-looking results. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients and being a trusted part of their aesthetic journey.
With over five years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Hailee is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin through personalized, results-driven treatments. As an Aesthetician and Laser Practitioner, she loves creating customized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique skin goals while enhancing their natural beauty.
One of her favorite aspects of working at Marietta Facial Plastic Surgery is building long-term relationships with her patients and being a part of their skin journey. Hailee finds nothing more rewarding than watching her patient’s skin transform over time, and seeing the confidence that comes along with it. She truly values the trust her patients place in her and strives to make every visit feel comfortable, educational, and personalized.
Sarah, our senior aesthetician, has been a licensed aesthetician for ten years and has been with Marietta Facial Plastic Surgery for four years. After graduating from Kennesaw State University, she studied aesthetics at the Elaine Sterling Institute. Her background includes serving as a Senior Account Development Manager for a medical-grade skincare line, partnering with a physician to teach the Cosmetic Laser Training Course through the Georgia Medical Board, and leading the growth and development of other aestheticians here at Marietta Facial Plastic Surgery.
She is passionate about self-care and enjoys helping others feel like the best version of themselves at all stages of life. In her free time, Sarah loves to cook healthy meals and practice Reformer Pilates.
